We are committed to addressing and resolving all your grievances. If you have any doubt, query, problem, or grudges against your insurance company or you are dissatisfied with any kind of the services or the product purchased, you can register your complaint in the following ways:

We will respond to your
grievance within 24 hours (Mon-Sat).

Not happy with your insurance company?

The concerned insurance company is supposed to resolve your grievance within a specified time period.

If the insurance company does not resolve your grievance within 15 days or if the resolution is not up to your satisfaction, then you can approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the
Consumer Affairs Department of IRDAI.

You can register your complaints in the following ways:

  • Send an email regarding your issue to:
    complaints@irdai.gov.in

  • You can also use the online portal of IRDAI:
    Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS)
